General.  Interstate 90 scenic overlook east of Vantage.  Good path to west, but blocked to the east.

Driving Instructions:   I-90 eastbound go northeast from Vantage bridge about two miles to first turn off to the right.  Follow up hill to parking area.  This overlook is only accessible from the eastbound lanes, though you can go to the foot of the hill by the bridge (about a mile) and turn around.  There is a wayside nearby that is accessible from the westbound lanes, but it is on lower ground.  Note that I-90 is running north/south at this point, so bearings may be deceptive.
